This scramaseax is made after several originals. Seaxes were especially used in North Europe between the 5th and 10th century. This seax is developed by Hanwei, after a 9th century original.

The grip is made of hardwood and has a brass pommel and cross-guard. The blade is sharp and made of carbon steel with a 50-52 HRC hardness. This seax is delivered including a handmade leather scabbard.

It is 45 cm long, with a blade of 29,2 cm and weighs 540 grams.
