You can fill in your discount code in the first step of your shopping cart. Click on 'Apply' to deduct the discount from your order total.
2.6 Not in stock? What to do?
When an item is sold out, you can be placed on the backorder list. As soon as the item is back in stock we contact you via e-mail (or telephone). Placement on the backorderlist is for free and non-committal: if you still wish to receive the item, we make the order for you. If you changed your mind and do not want to order the item after all it is no problem.
2.7 Do you ship worldwide?
YES, we ship worldwide and have many satisfied customers all over the world! For example we have shipped to customers from Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, Micronesia, Alaska, Tasmania, Brazil, the Arab Emirates, Israel, South Africa and many more countries!
2.8 Do you order from outside the EU?
On our webshop the prices are including 21% VAT (GST), but after you have filled in your address in the shopping cart the VAT will automatically be removed.
2.9 We are specialized in filling in your custom declarations
You always pay the correct tariff for import duties! On custom declarations we fill in the items you have bought with the correct HS tariff code. The HS tariff code decides how much you have to pay for import duties. But many companies, for example, do not fill in the HS tariff codes. What happens then is that the customs fill in the codes themselves and they always fill in the code that gives them more money. For example, for swords they will fill in the code for home decoration items, while the code for weapons is much cheaper! So these declarations can cost you a lot of money when they are filled in incorrectly. We also never use expensive codes, for example the codes for artworks , collectors’ items and decoration.
3 Legal information
3.1 Terms and conditions
You can find our terms & conditions on this page.
3.2 Are your items legal?
Yes, they are. The items that are offered on www.celticwebmerchant.com are legal according to the Dutch law. However, some products (for example, maces) might be forbidden in your own country. When in doubt, we therefore recommend you check the website of your government, which normally contains information on the arms law in your country.
3.3 Do I need to pay import tax?
You don't, if you live in a country within the EU. There are no extra taxes for shipments within the EU other than the VAT, which is already charged. It is possible, however, that the customs will hold your parcel for a little while for checking - however, this happens very seldomly.
Extra import charges might apply for shipments to countries outside the EU, for example (but not only) Norway or Switzerland.
3.4 Everything secured by SSL
Your details (and your e-mails) are protected on our webshop by a secured SSL connection. As a result third parties can not have insight in your details and communication.
