When your article arrives damaged, or you receive a wrong article, send pictures of the item to [email protected] , mentioning your order number and a description of the mistake. Let us know at which business day GLS can come to pick up the parcel. Save the packaging so that you can re-package the item. Fill in the damage form and include it in the parcel.
