This leg armour is made after several originals. Leg armour like this was used all over Europe between the 2nd half of the 15th and the 1st half of the 17th century.

This leg armour consists of several parts and has a steel thickness of 1,6 mm. The upper side is provided with leather pieces so it can be worn connected to a belt, without any other armour parts. The leg armour is provided with straps as well for fastening them to the legs. The knee cops are provided with roundels for protecting the back of the knee.
