The ring belt is a universal belt that was used from the early Middle Ages to the late Middle Ages. Wearing a belt was essential during this period because of the loose fit of garments. Using a belt, ladies and men could emphasize their shapes and create a tighter fit. Bags, knives and other utensils were also fastened to the belt so that everything was quickly at hand. The closure of the belt consists of a metal ring that is fixed in the leather with a brass pin. You can close the belt by passing the end through the ring and tying it. Easy and efficient! The great thing about the ring belt is that because of its simple design, you can combine it with all your historical re-enactment, LARP and Cosplay costumes.
