Description
This axe is a replica of an original that was found in a grave in Mammen, Denmark and dates from approx. 971 AD. Presumably it was property of a warlord or chief.
This axe has a haft with a length of 74 cm and the axehead measures 16 x 9 x 3 cm. The axehead is authentically fastened to the haft.
