Product description

This type of tent was already in use during the Roman and Greek periods. It is depicted in various medieval manuscripts and is used up until this day by the army. The Romans originally used a calf's leather version, but canvas is a lot cheaper and more durable. This multifunctional tent can be used for sleeping (4-6 persons), storage and entertaining visitors. The tent is 4x4 m large, and has a nock height of 2,25 m. Front and back entrances can be closed with cords. It can be pitched by just 3 people. The metal poles can be taken apart, so that they fit in a normal car.
This tent is supplied including poles, pegs and other accessories to pitch it. The canvas is made of 100% cotton, 425 g/m2. The canvas is tear proof, water resistant and treated against mildew and mould.
