This eating knife is based on originals depicted on the 15th and 16th century Flemish and Dutch works of art. The knife has a bone handle. Knives like this were used all over Europe between the 15th and 16th century. This knife is made of stainless steel. The scabbard is made of leather.

Fits perfectly in my hand! I bought the 3 different knifes for testing. Tip: After using to cut meat, clean and dry it, it will rust. Nothing that a sandpaper don't solve.
