Delivery terms and conditions are for protection of the costumer and the supplier and they guarantee a successful purchase and sale. The terms and conditions written below apply to each order at Celtic WebMerchant. Placing an order means you agree with these terms and conditions.

2.3 When ordering decorative weapons, battle-ready weapons and alcoholic beverages at Celtic WebMerchant, the buyer declares to be eighteen (18) years or older.
3.1 The mentioned prices for the offered products and services are per piece, in euro’s, including VAT.
3.2 All offers of Celtic WebMerchant are without obligation and Celtic WebMerchant is explicitly authorized to change prices.
3.3 If the prices for the offered products and services increase in the period between the order and the execution thereof, you are entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the order within ten (10) days after the announcement of the price increase by Celtic WebMerchant.
3.4 Possible discounts are calculated on the invoice as well on the final order amount. The right to return items expires in the case of a discount.
4.1 Payment ought to take place as either payment before receipt or payment after receipt of your order within ten (10) days after the invoice date, unless otherwise has been agreed in writing.

4.5 If you are in default with any payment, Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to postpone, or dissolve, (the execution of) the concerning agreement and coherent agreements.
4.6 If the ordered item is not available (anymore) for whatever arbitrary reason, Celtic WebMerchant will send an announcement by e-mail as soon as possible and you will receive the offer to cancel the item. If you agree, you will receive a credit invoice for the sum of money of the ordered item, if the payment of the concerning item has already been received. The sum of money will then be transferred to your account within seven (7) days.
4.7 Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to hand the data of deliberate defaulters to the police and / or judiciary, and to enable the Nationaal Incasso Bureau to collect the vacant payment. The buyer will be charged with all the costs resulting from this procedure. For orders outside The Netherlands that are handed over to the Nationaal Incasso Bureau, a debt collection rate of 80 euro will be calculated on top of the costs of the procedure.
4.8 Gift coupons provided by Celtic WebMerchant are valid until a year after the purchase. These gift coupons can only be used at www.celticwebmerchant.com and are not exchangeable for an amount of money. The worth of the gift coupon ought to be spent in one order. Possible remaining amounts of money are not paid back.
4.9 Orders with a certain minimum order value can be shipped for free as described on the page Delivery & pick up. The free shipment service is offered as an experiment for indefinite time. The end of the test will be announced via our news letter.
5.1 When ordering a product at Celtic WebMerchant, the buyer declares that he/she will use this item on a way allowed by the European legislation.

7. Property restriction

8. Advertisement and responsibility

. Although Celtic WebMerchant offers measurement charts to the buyer, the buyer has responsibility for passing on the measurements correctly, even if the buyer chooses a standard size.
8.5 The buyer is responsible for the wrapping an item to be returned securely and safely, before it is given to the transport service, so as to avoid damage during transport.
8.6 A products is only considered “returned”, if it is delivered undamaged and unused to Celtic WebMerchant. Before the receipt by Celtic WebMerchant the product is still the property of the customer. Celtic WebMerchant does not accept returns that are damaged during transport from the buyer to Celtic WebMerchant.
8.7 All products of Celtic WebMerchant have a warranty of one year, unless otherwise stated. If a product breaks down within the warranty time, while it was used normally, the customer can return the item for reparation or replacement. An article cannot be returned, if it is adapted, or if the complaint is caused on purpose or by neglect, negligent or wrong care, normal wear and tear and / or misuse.
8.8 Celtic WebMerchant is not responsible for the historical accuracy of all the products she sells.
9. Complaint procedure
9.1 Celtic WebMerchant maintains a complaint procedure and will deal with complaints according to this complaint procedure.
9.2 Complaints concerning the execution of the agreement should be submitted to Celtic WebMerchant within 7 days, completely and clearly described, after the customer has found any defect.
9.3 Complaints submitted to Celtic WebMerchant will be replied to within a term of 14 days after the date of receipts. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, Celtic WebMerchant will answer within the term of 14 days, with a notification of receipt and an indication when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.
9.4 If a complaint cannot be solved in mutual consultation, this results in a dispute that is eligible for a dispute settlement.
9.5 In case of complaints, the customer should first contact Celtic WebMerchant. In case of complaints that cannot be solved by mutual consultation, the customer can contact the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr
). This will act as an intermediary in the dispute.
9.6 A complaint does not suspend Celtic WebMerchant's obligations, unless Celtic WebMerchant indicates otherwise in writing.
9.7 If a complaint is found legit by Celtic WebMerchant, Celtic WebMerchant will either replace or repair the supplied products without costs.
10. Protection of personal data
10.1 For the execution of an order it is necessary to collect and save personal data in the screen “Address information”. Celtic WebMerchant respects the privacy of all users of her site and sees to it that the personal data that you provide us is treated confidentially. We use your data to execute the orders as soon and easy as possible. For the remaining we will use your data only with your permission.
