Frequently Asked Questions about shipping

How long does shipping take?

Your parcel is shipped from our warehouse in Sliedrecht (The Netherlands). The delivery time outside the EU is usually 7+ business days, it depends entirely on the customs clearance of your country.

Where can I find the shipping time of a product?

The shipping time is stated in two places at Celtic WebMerchant:

  • On the collection page: below the image of the product.

  • On the product page: above the button to purchase the product.

I have a deadline, what should I do?

You can ensure the fastest delivery yourself by splitting your order:

  • Place the items that are in stock in a first order.

  • Place the items with a longer delivery time in a second order. This way, you will receive the stock items as quickly as possible.
