Product description
The bycocket, nowadays also known as the "Robin Hood hat," was a popular headgear in the Middle Ages, especially among the higher social classes. It features a high, turned-up brim and a pointed front, often adorned with feathers or other decorative elements. Worn not only for practical reasons like sun protection, it also served as a symbol of status and fashion. Made from a wool blend, this bycocket does not include the white cotton cap shown in the photo.
