This chaperon is made after several 14th and 15th century manuscripts, pen drawings and sculptures. Chaperons like this were worn all over feudal Europe. They protect the head, neck and shoulders from the rain and cold. Chaperons were worn by people from all classes in society and both sexes.
The chaperon is made of cotton, it has a medium length tip and the bottom is flared. This chaperon is manually dyed.
