Delivery terms and conditions are for protection of the costumer and the supplier and they guarantee a successful purchase and sale. The terms and conditions written below apply to each order at Celtic WebMerchant. Placing an order means you agree with these terms and conditions.

1. General determinations.
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Celtic WebMerchant.

1.7 To all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, exclusively Dutch law applies.

2. Agreement.
2.1 An agreement is only realised after acceptation of your order by Celtic WebMerchant. Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to refuse orders and to connect specific conditions to the delivery, unless otherwise is explicitly determined. If an order is not being accepted on time, Celtic WebMerchant will announce this within ten (10) business days after receiving the Order confirmation.
2.2 Celtic WebMerchant is not responsible for misunderstanding, damages, delays or not properly arriving of orders and announcements as a consequence of the use of internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the buyer and Celtic WebMerchant, or between Celtic WebMerchant and third parties, as far as relating to the relation between the buyer and Celtic WebMerchant, unless there should be mention of intention or gross negligence of Celtic WebMerchant.
2.3 When ordering decorative weapons, battle-ready weapons and alcoholic beverages at Celtic WebMerchant, the buyer declares to be eighteen (18) years or older.

3. Prices
3.1 The mentioned prices for the offered products and services are per piece, in euro’s, including VAT.
3.2 All offers of Celtic WebMerchant are without obligation and Celtic WebMerchant is explicitly authorized to change prices.
3.3 If the prices for the offered products and services increase in the period between the order and the execution thereof, you are entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the order within ten (10) days after the announcement of the price increase by Celtic WebMerchant.
3.4 Possible discounts are calculated on the invoice as well on the final order amount. The right to return items expires in the case of a discount.

4. Payments
4.1 Payment ought to take place as either payment before receipt or payment after receipt of your order within ten (10) days after the invoice date, unless otherwise has been agreed in writing.
4.2 Payment can take place by (one of) the method(s) as indicated during the order process. Further (payment-/order) conditions can be connected to an order. When paying by bank or by Giro transfer the date of the crediting of the account of Celtic WebMerchant counts as the date of payment.
4.3 When exceeding the payment term you are in default from the day that the payment should have taken place and you will receive a payment reminder with a limited payment term of 7 days.
4.4 Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to charge you the lawful extrajudicial collection costs, which will be stipulated in the last payment reminder before they will be calculated.
4.5 If you are in default with any payment, Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to postpone, or dissolve, (the execution of) the concerning agreement and coherent agreements.
4.6 If the ordered item is not available (anymore) for whatever arbitrary reason, Celtic WebMerchant will send an announcement by e-mail as soon as possible and you will receive the offer to cancel the item. If you agree, you will receive a credit invoice for the sum of money of the ordered item, if the payment of the concerning item has already been received. The sum of money will then be transferred to your account within seven (7) days.
4.7 Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to hand the data of deliberate defaulters to the police and / or judiciary, and to enable the Nationaal Incasso Bureau to collect the vacant payment. The buyer will be charged with all the costs resulting from this procedure. For orders outside The Netherlands that are handed over to the Nationaal Incasso Bureau, a debt collection rate of 80 euro will be calculated on top of the costs of the procedure.
4.8 Gift coupons provided by Celtic WebMerchant are valid until a year after the purchase. These gift coupons can only be used at and are not exchangeable for an amount of money. The worth of the gift coupon ought to be spent in one order. Possible remaining amounts of money are not paid back.
4.9 Orders with a certain minimum order value can be shipped for free as described on the page Delivery & pick up. The free shipment service is offered as an experiment for indefinite time. The end of the test will be announced via our news letter.

5. Usage
5.1 When ordering a product at Celtic WebMerchant, the buyer declares that he/she will use this item on a way allowed by the European legislation.
5.2 Celtic WebMerchant distances itself from damage, caused by illegal usage of one of the products bought from Celtic WebMerchant.
5.3 The products of Celtic WebMerchant meet the demands of the Dutch Arms Act.

6. Delivery
6.1 The delivery times given by Celtic WebMerchant are just indicative. The exceeding of any delivery term gives you no right to restitution or cancelling your order or dissolve any agreement, unless the exceeding of the delivery term is in such a way that it can not be reasonably expected of you to maintain the agreement. In that case you a entitled to cancel the order or dissolve the agreement as far that is necessary.
6.2 Undiminished the remaining rights attributable to her, in the case of circumstances beyond her control Celtic WebMerchant is authorized to, by own choice, postpone the execution of your order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial interference, such by announcing to you in written form and such without Celtic WebMerchant being responsible for any restitution, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

6.4 Shipment of order(s) will be sent to the address as indicated by the buyer upon order. Celtic WebMerchant is not responsible for wrongly filled in name or address details.
6.5 If it appears that a product is damaged during transport, or an item is missing from the delivered parcel, the buyer ought to report this via e-mail within seven (7) days after receipt of the parcel.

7. Property restriction
7.1 The property of delivered products is only passed on if you have met everything you are indebted to Celtic WebMerchant based on any agreement. The risk in respect to the products passes on to you on the moment of the delivery.
7.2 You ought to completely and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that are based on the products delivered by Celtic WebMerchant.

8. Advertisement and responsibility
8.1 If you do not wish to accept a product for whatever reason, you are entitled to return the product within fourteen (14) business days to Celtic WebMerchant after the delivery. Return shipments are in this case only accepted unused and undamaged.
8.2 The shipping costs of the return are to be paid by the buyer. If the wish for return is caused by a wrong delivery by Celtic WebMerchant, an item that is received damaged, or a production error, the return costs are covered by Celtic WebMerchant.
8.3 It is not possible to return custom made products, unless the product to be returned doesn’t meet the agreement, for example, but not only, because of a production error or damage.
8.4 What custom made products are, is defined on the page What is custom work?. Although Celtic WebMerchant offers measurement charts to the buyer, the buyer has responsibility for passing on the measurements correctly, even if the buyer chooses a standard size.
8.5 The buyer is responsible for the wrapping an item to be returned securely and safely, before it is given to the transport service, so as to avoid damage during transport.
8.6 A products is only considered “returned”, if it is delivered undamaged and unused to Celtic WebMerchant. Before the receipt by Celtic WebMerchant the product is still the property of the customer. Celtic WebMerchant does not accept returns that are damaged during transport from the buyer to Celtic WebMerchant.
8.7 All products of Celtic WebMerchant have a warranty of one year, unless otherwise stated. If a product breaks down within the warranty time, while it was used normally, the customer can return the item for reparation or replacement. An article cannot be returned, if it is adapted, or if the complaint is caused on purpose or by neglect, negligent or wrong care, normal wear and tear and / or misuse.
8.8 Celtic WebMerchant is not responsible for the historical accuracy of all the products she sells.

9. Complaint procedure
9.1 Celtic WebMerchant maintains a complaint procedure and will deal with complaints according to this complaint procedure.
9.2 Complaints concerning the execution of the agreement should be submitted to Celtic WebMerchant within 7 days, completely and clearly described, after the customer has found any defect.
9.3 Complaints submitted to Celtic WebMerchant will be replied to within a term of 14 days after the date of receipts. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, Celtic WebMerchant will answer within the term of 14 days, with a notification of receipt and an indication when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.
9.4 If a complaint cannot be solved in mutual consultation, this results in a dispute that is eligible for a dispute settlement.
9.5 In case of complaints, the customer should first contact Celtic WebMerchant. In case of complaints that cannot be solved by mutual consultation, the customer can contact the European ODR platform ( This will act as an intermediary in the dispute.
9.6 A complaint does not suspend Celtic WebMerchant's obligations, unless Celtic WebMerchant indicates otherwise in writing.
9.7 If a complaint is found legit by Celtic WebMerchant, Celtic WebMerchant will either replace or repair the supplied products without costs.

10. Protection of personal data
10.1 For the execution of an order it is necessary to collect and save personal data in the screen “Address information”. Celtic WebMerchant respects the privacy of all users of her site and sees to it that the personal data that you provide us is treated confidentially. We use your data to execute the orders as soon and easy as possible. For the remaining we will use your data only with your permission.
10.2 Celtic WebMerchant will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only make them available for third parties that are involved with the execution of your order.
