Product description
Loose shirts with full sleeves formed an important undergarment layer of men's clothing during the Renaissance and early 17th century. The sleeves were gathered at the wrists, while the shirt was worn under a doublet, jerkin or other outer garment. This shirt has a simple design suitable for various late Renaissance and early modern outfits.
At the top it has a lace to close the collar. The sleeves also have a lace to cinch them closed, creating a puff effect. The shirt has a loose fit.
