Product description
This arm harness is a fully wearable, articulated reconstruction of a late medieval arm harness from the 14th century and protects the forearm, elbow and upper arm.
The harness is made from 1.6 mm steel and brunished on the inside for extra corrosion protection. It consists of an elbow cop (couter), a two-piece, articulated tubular forearm piece and a short, gutter-shaped upper arm piece, connected to each other by two articulated plates that provide sufficient freedom of movement. On the back, adjustable leather belts with brass buckles ensure a comfortable fit, and an extra strap at the top of the upper arm piece allows attachment to pauldrons or a gambeson.
This arm harness is suitable for re-enactment, living history and costume. Always measure over your gambeson or clothing that you wear underneath to determine the correct size. Supplied as purple.
