Product description
These boots are inspired by an archaeological find from the famous Oseberg ship burial, dating back to the 9th century. They represent a Viking boot style that closes at the front and laces around the shaft with a long leather strap. Two holes at the top of the shaft let you fasten the lace securely for a snug, stable fit.
The sole uses rubber rather than traditional leather. It's not historically accurate, but it delivers excellent grip and far greater durability—especially on modern surfaces like asphalt, concrete, or gravel. That makes these boots a practical, comfortable choice for Viking reenactment, festivals, or outdoor events.
