Product description
This bronze buckle is modeled after the 6th–7th century Anglo-Saxon buckle excavated at Sutton Hoo. The original is part of the British Museum collection. Buckles like this were worn by Germanic and Frankish tribes between the 6th and 8th century.
Completely handmade, it features a dark bronze finish and measures 13 x 6 cm. Like the original, it attaches to the belt with three round decorations.
Fits belt widths of 5–6 cm. The opening measures 3 cm.
