The sporran is a bag traditionally worn on the Scottish kilt. When a kilt has no pockets, the sporran gives you a place to store personal items. Wear it in front of the loins, or move it to the side for convenience.
The sporran evolved from the European medieval belt bag, making it one of the few surviving forms of that bag still in use today.
This sporran features three leather tassels and a decorative leather braid motif. Close it with the included pin. It comes with a chain so you can hang the sporran around the kilt.
