Voiders were worn in the late Middle Ages on the arms of gambesons. They protect the open spots in the suit of armor. A large number of original voiders have survived and are part of several historical collections.
Made from 8 mm round riveted rings in a 1-to-4 construction and butted, these voiders are sold per pair. They measure 65 cm in length with an arm length of 46 cm and weigh about 4.5 kg.
