Product description
This medieval fork is based on various originals. The Romans already used this model — an original is part of the collection of the British Museum. The Vikings used it too, as shown by the original at the
National Museum of Reykjavik. Meat forks like these appear in the Medieval Maciejowski Bible. Made from iron, the fork has a claw for lifting meat out of stews. A great addition to any re-enactment or living history kitchen.
