These sturdily crafted medieval shoes with brass buckles reach up to the ankle. The simple yet functional design was especially popular among soldiers between around 1250 and 1500, placing them firmly in the late medieval period. Made from smooth leather with a small heel — as was common at the time — they combine durability with historically accurate details. Perfect for reenactment, LARP, or as a finishing touch to a historical costume. Note: the leather soles are quite sensitive to asphalt, concrete, and gravel — surfaces that simply didn't exist in the Middle Ages.
