LARP Naginata

Product description

The naginata is a pole weapon traditionally used by Japanese samurai. It features a wooden shaft with a curved blade — comparable to the European glaive. Warriors used the weapon from around the seventh or eighth century AD. After the seventeenth century it fell out of use, only to return in modern times. On the battlefield, it was used to slay horses.

This LARP naginata is painted to look like real metal, complete with golden details. Leather wrapping on the grip keeps it comfortable to hold. A great choice for Asian LARP characters and theater.
