This medieval sword is a replica of a 13th-century original. The original is classified as an Oakeshott Type XII and is on display at the St. Annen-Museum in Lübeck. Notably long for a Type XII single-handed sword, this type was used by Crusaders during the High Middle Ages. The blade is made from EN45 spring steel and features a riveted pommel. The grip includes a steel cross-guard, a wooden core, and red leather wrapping. The sword comes with a red leather scabbard.
