The Kite Shield is a LARP product by RFB, Ready for Battle. Designed for beginning or younger LARPers, it is made from durable foam with a strong latex layer and meets high safety standards. LARPers who prefer a practical, simple design will also find plenty to like.
Shields like this saw use from the 10th through the 15th century, primarily by medieval knights and infantry alike. This LARP shield is modeled after historical pieces. Each shield is handmade and hand-painted, so every item is one of a kind. Due to the materials used, avoid leaving the shield in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Maintain the foam weapon regularly — at minimum after each use — with silicone spray.
