Product description
Many historical peoples wore a horsehair tail on their helmets, including the Greeks, Roman auxiliae, and Celts, who wore the hair in a ponytail at the tip of the helmet. Use this horsehair to make a helmet crest like the ones ancient Greeks and Romans often wore. An original of such a crest was found near Hadrian's Wall in Northern England.
