Product description
This Viking jewel is a replica of an 11th-century jewel found in Gotland. Discovered in Domerarve in Gotland (Sweden), the original is now part of the collection at the Statens Historika Museet in Stockholm. Early medieval Scandinavians regularly used mountain crystals in their jewelry. Unlike the original, the 'crystal' in this replica is made from glass — hand-crafted to look almost exactly like mountain crystal.
