Product description
The late medieval/Renaissance quillon dagger takes its name from the shape of its grip. Primarily designed for parrying and blocking enemy blades in close-quarters combat, the dagger excels at piercing gambesons and chainmail with its sharp, pointed blade. This piece is based on an original early 16th-century example (ca. 1510–1540) currently in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met) in New York City.Product details
