Use this set to create your own LARP or Cosplay weapon! The set includes a fiberglass core surrounded by a block of foam. The foam is firmly attached around the core — no need to work with loose foam and a loose core yourself. The foam is soft, light, and durable. How do you make your own LARP weapon? Cut foam into the shape of your desired design and glue it around a sanded fiberglass core. (Sanding the surface helps the glue grip better.) Leave enough foam around the core for safety and sturdiness. Once you've achieved the shape you want, dip the weapon in latex and let it dry between coats for a smooth, protective surface.
Maintain your weapon regularly with silicone spray to keep it from drying out.
