This cingulum is a replica of an original found in Tekije, Serbia. The original dates from the second half of the 1st century AD. It is a highly detailed replica of those worn by Roman legionaries. As you march, the cingulum produces a jingling sound that adds to the intimidating presence of a legionary in full armor.
