This is a replica of a Roman coolus from London. The original was made from a copper alloy and was probably worn between 20 and 80 AD. Today it is on display at the British Museum in London.

The reproduction is made from brass. It ships with a cotton arming cap for added comfort and fits head circumferences up to 61 cm.
