This chaperon is based on several 14th and 15th century manuscripts, pen drawings, and sculptures. People across all classes and both sexes wore chaperons like this throughout feudal Europe. They protect the head, neck, and shoulders from rain and cold.
Made from 70% wool, the chaperon features a medium-length tip and a flared bottom. It is hand-dyed.
