This chaperon is modeled after several 14th and 15th century manuscripts, pen drawings, and sculptures. People of all classes and both sexes wore chaperons like this throughout feudal Europe. They protect the head, neck, and shoulders from rain and cold.
Made from 70% wool, it features a medium-length tip and a flared bottom. This chaperon is hand-dyed.
