Product description
Celtic culture is renowned for its blacksmithing. In times of war, the Celtic aristocracy often carried richly decorated swords. This sword is a replica based on a specimen from around the 1st century AD — a period when swords had grown shorter than in earlier times.
The sword is 76 cm long with a 58 cm blade. The grip is made from wood and brass, shaped into a stylized human figure. This design likely carried symbolic meaning, offering protection to the sword's bearer. The slightly leaf-shaped blade is made from carbon steel with a hardness of 48 HRC. It comes with a leather scabbard.
