Product description
This bronze sword is modeled after an original from the Villanova culture, approx. 900–700 BC. Made entirely from bronze, just like the original, it measures 61 cm in length with a 43 cm blade and weighs about 1.8 kg.
The original sword is now part of the British Museum collection. Swords like this were typical for their time, seeing widespread use across South and Central Europe. The Celts also made similar designs during the earlier phases of the Hallstatt period.
