Product description

This arm armor are based on the Avant armor, dating from 1450 AD. The arm pieces are typically Milanese, with the elbows additionally protected by small plates that shield not only the elbows but also parts of the chest.

In the early 15th century, complete suits of armor began to appear in Northern Italy, known as Milanese armor. This style was worn throughout Europe and was not limited to any single region. The Milanese style is characterized by large, rounded, and unadorned plates. Helmets typically included the sallet, armet, and barbute, and a full chainmail hauberk was worn underneath a Milanese suit. Milanese armor pieces were often worn as a complete suit, but sometimes knights wore only individual parts.

These arm pieces are made of 1.6 mm steel and can be adjusted to fit with straps.
