Luxury (polished) – polish the steel with metal polish or toothpaste. You can even polish an item to a mirror finish with this. Test on a small area first!

Hand-made (matte) – place the steel in cola for 40 minutes to 20 hours. Regularly check the matte effect. Smooth the finish with black sandpaper.

Antique (patinated) – place the steel in a damp environment (preferably outside) and let it rust. Remove the red layer of rust, leaving the corroded surface layer.

The original method of making damascus steel from wootz steel has been lost in the modern era. Today, the term Damascus steel or Damascus steel is used as a general term for pattern welded or crucible steel (wootz steel), consisting of two or more types of steel.

When packing this item, we exclusively use 100% recycled plastic and recycled paper/cardboard sourced from FSC certified forests. A large portion of the material we reuse directly without recycling process intervention. Recycle the material by separating your waste.

1. Cardboard: separate or reuse paper.
2. Plastic cushions, garment bags and plastic tape: separate or reuse plastic. Optionally pierce the cushions with a needle for volume reduction.
3. Paper packaging for jewelry and small items: have a plastic inner layer. Remove this, and then separate paper and plastic.
