This fiberglass core can be used to create your own LARP and Cosplay weapons, while still benefiting from the quality and safety of Epic Armoury.
How do you create a LARP weapon yourself? Cut foam in the shape of your desired design and glue it around a sanded fiberglass core (due to the sanding the surface takes the glue better). Leave enough foam around the rod for safety and sturdiness. When you have achieved the desired shape, dip the weapon in latex and allow it to dry after each new coating for a smooth and protective surface.
Regularly maintain your weapon with silicone spray to prevent drying out.
