Product description

This is a beautifully decorated sword with an engraved blade, pommel and cross-guard. The grip is finished with brass details. The length of the sword is 100 cm. It is made of 420 stainless steel.

Charlemagne was king of the Frankish empire from 768 to 814. He strongly expanded this empire and even let himself be crowned emperor. After his death the empire was divided between his three sons. His official beatification took place in the 12th century.

This sword is an Oakeshott type XIX.
