Medieval brooch
In the Middle Ages, people wore brooches to fasten their cloak and to pin clothing items like scarves. A brooch was also a luxury piece of jewelry with which people could display their wealth and high status in society. It was also common for medieval brooches to be set with stones. Our brooches are replicas s of medieval finds and are based on images in medieval manuscripts. Many medieval brooches were round, square, or in the shape of a quatrefoil.
