This fibreglass core can be used to create your own LARP weapons while still benefiting from the quality and safety of Epic Armoury. This fibreglass staff with hollow core is perfect for making spears and other long weapons.
How do you create your own LARP weapon? Cut foam into the shape of your desired design and glue it around a sanded fibreglass core (sanding helps the surface grip the glue better). Leave enough foam around the core for safety and rigidity. Once you've achieved the desired shape, dip the weapon in latex and let it dry after each new layer for an even and protective surface.
Maintain your weapon regularly with silicone spray to prevent drying out.
