These trousers are based on clothing fragments excavated in Skjoldehamm, in the north of Norway. Trousers like this were worn all over Europe during the Viking age. You can fasten the pants at the top with a drawstring. The pants are made of cotton, so they are suitable for all weather conditions. In extra cold weather you can combine the pants with colored leg wrappings. Beautiful historical trousers for your Viking reenactment or LARP outfit.

This size chart is measured on the garment itself, not on the wearer’s body. Measurements are in centimeters. Measure your chest circumference first. Add extra room to this for a comfortable fit.: Regular fit: add 8–12 cm to your chest measurement. Roomy fit / broad shoulders: add 12–19 cm to your chest measurement. Compare the result with the size chart and choose the size whose chest measurement is equal to or greater than your calculated size. Example: If your chest circumference is 100 cm and you want a normal fit, add about 10 cm of extra room. This gives you approximately 110 cm. Then choose the size whose chest measurement in the size chart is at least 110 cm.
