We recommend dry cleaning the Viking cloak only. Dirt spots can generally be brushed out well or partially gently wiped off with a damp cloth. The medieval cloak must not be washed in the washing machine and must not be put in the dryer under any circumstances as the wool fabric may be damaged. If washing is necessary due to very coarse dirt, we recommend washing the cloak gently by hand in cold water in the bathtub with some wool detergent. It must not be "soaked" and left in the water. Afterwards, it can be dried "lying" on a towel.
