Product description
Such rings were worn by kings and nobility in Saxon and Norman England. This ring depicts King Offa of Mercia, with a miniature of the monastery of St. Alban's. Offa ruled between 757 and 796 and is perhaps best known for the construction of Offa's Dyke, which marked the border between England and Wales. This ring is made of tin.
