LARP katzbalger

Product description

This short sword is forged in a historically accurate manner with a clearly defined point, sharp edges and a heavier grip. This type of sword was quintessentially part of the equipment of renaissance mercenaries and is therefore widely used in re-enactment of that period.

The blade is executed in steel colour on top of a silver-coloured grip with weathered golden details. The removable cross-guard makes the sword easier to store and transport. The whole is built around a fibreglass core that is completely encapsulated in Calimacil foam.

This sword is intended for use during LARP events and is not suitable for combat with actual physical contact or re-enactment.
