This javelin spearhead is made after an early medieval original found in Ireland. The original is now part of the collection of the Archaeological Museum in Dublin. Spearheads such as these have been widely used since ancient times. They can be used for both the Germanic tribes and the Roman auxiliae and, later, the Vikings.
