The Charles de Blois pourpoint ranks as one of the most famous garments from medieval Europe - a rare surviving example of 14th-century tailoring craftsmanship. The original, attributed to Charles I, Duke of Brittany (Charles de Blois, 1319-1364), is kept at the Musée des Tissus in Lyon, France.
Our reproduction is made of blue wool and has the characteristic close-fitting model with lacing, which allows hose or chausses could be attached to the garment. Available in sizes S t/m XXL.
