This warrior monk lives in a rocky area, crisscrossed with rivers and waterfalls. Her monastery follows the tradition of the Open Hand. Because of this, Sylva is trained in martial arts. Her hermit background is reflected in her simple equipment.
I've put together this monk for a female character, but this setup works perfectly for a male monk as well.
Ears
The warrior monk is a halfling and therefore has pointed little ears.

Warrior Monk Weapon
The warrior monk's greatest weapon is the unarmed strike, in other words, fighting without weapons. With her grace and patience she smoothly steps away from an attack, only to follow up with a number of well-aimed blows to disable her opponent.
Our warrior monk carries a quarterstaff with her to support her during her travels.
Since she has proficiency with simple weapons and shortswords, she could also carry one of the following weapons:
Trousers
Freedom of movement is important for a fighting warrior monk character. The white colour of her clothing reflects the simplicity and purity of her order.
Of course you can vary this yourself depending on your own story.
Skirt
Sylva's blue skirt is a symbol of her spiritual willpower and calm as a warrior monk. Because the skirt is open at the back, there is plenty of room to step, run and kick.
Blouse
The three-quarter sleeves of this blouse leave the warrior monk's forearms free.
Would you rather cover your arms completely? Then look for another blouse in the same simple style, but with longer sleeves.
Footwear
Our warrior monk doesn't seem particularly impressed by cold weather at first glance. But you could easily complete the outfit with a pair of simple shoes or sandals, such as:
