Product description

This ceramic cup is made of dark clay from the Rhineland. The design consisting of carved stripe motifs is based on originals from the Viking town of Birka (Sweden) between 800 and 950. In addition to items of horn and wood, ceramic tableware was widely used in the Viking age.
