Product description

This is a replica of a helmet which was found at Mainz, Germany. However, the dating of the original is uncertain, presumably it wasn?t used later than the 2ndcentury AD. A similar helmet is found in Krefeld.

The reproduction is made of steel and brass. It is decorated with i.a. a temple and the eagle of Jupiter. The helmet is delivered including a cotton arming cap for wearing comfort and is suitable for a head circumference up to 60 cm. It weighs approx. 2 kg.
