This sabre is a replica of a 17th century sabre. The sword was presumably used by the English people in times of war but because of its long blade it is also suitable as a cavalry weapon.

This re-enactment sword is made of 0,55% carbon, 1,75% silicium, 0,75% manganese, 0,05% sulphur and 0,05% phosphorus (EN45 steel). It has a Rockwell hardness of 52-54 HRC.

It has a length of 80 cm with a blade of 68,50 cm and a max. width of 3 cm, it weighs 850 g.
